Shalom Homecare Solutions provides non-center-based supportive in-home services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our services are delivered in the home and natural community environments where individuals live, learn, and grow, supporting greater independence, skill development, and quality of life.

Daily Living Skills
Building independence in personal care, meal preparation, household management, and self-care routines.
Community Integration
Skill-building for meaningful participation in community activities, social settings, and relationships.
Individualized Support Planning
Person-centered plans developed in coordination with the individual, family, and support coordinator, aligned with the individual’s ISP.
Safety & Adaptive Skills
Teaching safety awareness, problem-solving, and adaptive strategies tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
Behavioral & Communication Support
In-home support is aligned with each individual’s behavioral goals and communication needs.
